Oh, Sephora.

I never thought *I* would ever be the type of girl to walk into a make-up store and spend damn near $200. My hair and my clothes, I always cared a fuckton about. But, makeup? I don’t know, I always stuck to stuff I’d buy at drugstores.

But, then I decided, it’s time to go hard or go home. I’m not 18 anymore. I’m 24, married and living an incredible life as a Navy Wife. It’s time to start looking the part. So, I bought myself some nice makeup and skincare stuff. I’m actually REALLY excited to try it out.

I also went and bought a real nice sweater and some nice tank tops to wear. Over the next few months, I plan to completely update my closet to better suit a twenty-something Navy wife. I’m pretty stoked. :)

Oh. And here’s some news. Kris ranked up last month. We didn’t even know it until we checked his LES the other day. So, wooohoooo! Hopefully he’ll make 3rd Class PO in March/April-ish. I know he can make an outstanding score on the test, it’s just hopefully there’s spots open. Keep your fingers crossed that there’s spots open in the Spring or else he’ll have to wait until September!
