That actually might be bad news! I posted on my Facebook about his birthday present so he better not be sneaking on there :)

Roh-oh! Be careful! Change the privacy on the post for safe measure :)

Your husband has Facebook while he’s underway?! Officially jealous!

Sometimes they do! Every so often they’re allowed to get on Facebook and use it. :)

I am such a whore! LOL. That’s why I’m married to a service member and don’t cheat on him while he’s gone!

i’m not super religious but i was raised christian and i believe a lot of things that christians do. it pisses me off because dumbasses like her give us a bad name.

Oh, I agree. I was raised Christian, as well, even though, now, I don’t attach any certain religion to myself. The skewed, fanatical Christians have it all wrong. They twist and distort a lot of things in the Bible to justify and feed their own hate, judgement and agendas. Which is like the #1 rule to being a Christian - don’t do that shit, y’know? As a child in Church, we were ALWAYS taught to love, accept and care for everyone. Especially the ones who may have lost their path. We were taught that those misguided people needed love, not hate. That’s what pisses me off so much about people like Westboro Baptist and the like. They’ve got it all the fuck wrong.

megxxo replied to your post: I love arguing with idiots on Facebook about Plan…

people who think plan b is abortion REALLY need to do some fucking research.

I tried to explain to this chick, citing resources and everything, that Plan B is the farthest thing from an abortion. I tried telling her that I thought she was getting Plan B and the actual Abortion Pill mixed up. That on the side of the Plan B box it says that if you are already pregnant, the pill won’t terminate a pregnancy. Basically she called me a liar, called me a whore because I have taken Plan B and said I was going to Hell.

SuperChristianity at its finest, huh?

Thanks! I convinced my husband to look at them when he comes back from deployment! He drives a Nissan Sentra that he bought brand new and we love it but it’s a manual. He hates driving it in the city and I can’t drive it. Time to upgrade!

My fingers are definitely crossed for you! I hear ya on the standards, I can’t drive ‘em either. Haha.

ohh we want an Altima too! The dealer lent me one when they were working on my jeep and I fell in love with it! Good luck deciding! :)

Thank you sweetpea! I almost bought an ‘06 Altima during the summer. It was only $4,000 but it had an oil leak, needed new tires and had rather high mileage, so I decided not to go for it. (Looking back, I should’ve got it because it wouldn’t have cost nearly as much to get it straightened out as we paid for his cousin’s car we bought.) But, I did get to drive the Altima around for a good while and DAMN it was nice. From what I read, it gets great gas mileage and you can run the damned thing forever. I definitely fell in love. :) I hope you eventually get yourself one, though! =D

Oh im jealous!! I’d love to have my own car again!! I’ve been driving my husbands mustang around this year… I sold my Jetta right before I moved to IL in april… I was promised a new car when I got there… It never happened!

Ugh, bless your heart! We bought a car off of my husband’s cousin when we got down in VA back in July. It’s a 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante. We seriously over payed for it (it was in shit condition, to put it bluntly) and it’s finally to the point that it’s just too costly to have it fixed. I was without a working car for close to 3 weeks, and at Thanksgiving my Aunt surprised me and has been letting me use her Pathfinder to get around. But, alas I have to return it to her tomorrow. SO! I’m hoping by March I can start payments on a Mazda6 or Nissan Altima so I don’t have to drive around my mom’s car for too long while I’m home. It’s a nice car, a 2009 Impala, but she’s pretty anal about me using it sometimes. I have to have it home by midnight and blahblahblah. So, my own car again will be sweet. Haha. It’s gonna suck A LOT to have to ask permission to go somewhere again. D=

If you have bobbi brown in america, please go and try on their cream blush/lip colour, it’s versatile, it’s light and it blends beautifully!

I just Google’d Bobbi Brown and it seems to be sold at department stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom’s. Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely see if I can my hands on some! And if I can’t find it in the store, I’m sure I can find it online, :) Excited! I love things that have multi-usages! Haha.

I really love the photofinish smashbox primer, and their limitless eyeliners. I use bare minerals for my general makeup needs. :D

Hmm! Then maybe it’s just my skin type not working well with the primer? I don’t know, but I’m glad you like it! And I’ll definitely have to look into that eyeliner. Thanks for the tip! I wish I could use Bare Minerals, but I had a department store “makeover” with it and it broke me out real bad. I guess I’m allergic to something in it, which really wouldn’t surprise me at all. =S

thank you lol. I’m the kind of person who always wears t-shirts/tank tops and jeans. Hopefully I can try and stay away from that :p

:) Haha, me too. It’s hard for me to want to wear something besides old T-shirts I got in school. And it’s always so easy for me to reach for those in my closet. Mostly because I put those up front, but… meh. Here’s to trying! =D

meganlary replied to your post: Oh, Sephora.

I need to update my wardrobe too. It’s hard to stray away from old habits though.. lol. And it’s hard to find the money to do it.

Yes, yes, and yes! I think the best advice, though, that I’ve gotten from my mom about updating my closet is that at first, when you start buying clothes, buy clothes that are versatile. Things like sweaters can become something totally different if you wear a collar shirt underneath it. And definitely buy stuff that you can “dress up” or “dress down”. Which is what I’m trying to keep in mind. That way you have a wider spectrum of options with not that many articles.

Good luck to you!
